We accept returns initiated within 30 days of your order date. Simply email us at hello@echo-brog.com with your order number and reason for the return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to process.

If this happens, we’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@echo-brog.com within 14 days of your order date. We’ll make it right—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Our wrapping paper sheets are 20” x 29”—perfect for wrapping medium-sized gifts like books, clothing boxes, or small toys. Our sheets are a 70# premium stock—although a tad thicker than some wrapping papers out there, they have a handcrafted feel that we love and think you will too!
